Your beta registration
We store your name, email address, registration and consent times, and email-confirmation status to manage your requested beta invitation and related enquiries. We rely on your consent for the waiting list. Joining does not create a customer account, start a trial or subscribe you to a paid plan.
Storage and service providers
Records are stored on our Hetzner-hosted server. Google Workspace handles confirmation emails. Authorised administration takes place from the United Arab Emirates; providers may process information in other countries. Technical connection information is processed to deliver the service and prevent abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this beta page. A necessary session cookie is used for the separate administrator login.
Retention and your choices
Unconfirmed registrations expire 30 days after signup. Confirmed waiting-list entries expire 12 calendar months after confirmation unless an account has been activated. Expired entries are removed during the next daily cleanup or earlier when the list is accessed. This cleanup covers the registration records, not copies of emails in mailboxes.
You may withdraw your request for an invitation or request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@soundforms.me. Withdrawal does not affect processing before withdrawal. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, data portability and a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.
